Building a better community together
Through our social responsibility initiative, BT Cares, we support organizations that help build a better world. We also encourage our employees to donate their time and talent to strengthen efforts to build and improve our community.
Sparking change one moment and teammate at a time
At Buildertrend, everyone does their small part to make a big impact. Our team members receive Volunteer Time Off to give back to our community.
Turning advocacy into action isn’t just a perk of working at Buildertrend – it’s a part of who we are.

Our pillars of philanthropy
To create positive change, we focus our support on these four pillars.
Housing and basic needs
From Habitat for Humanity to Building Homes for Heroes, we support housing needs locally and nationally. Additionally, we give to numerous food and clothing drives throughout the year.
Support for children
Buildertrend is unique in that our workforce has a high percentage of millennials, many of whom have young families. That’s why we are proud to support causes such as Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and Completely KIDS that help children.
Local impact
Helping the Omaha community as well as the surrounding metro areas is top of mind. It’s important to not only support our employees but also the communities in which they live.
STEM education and women in tech
While most STEM programs encourage girls to participate, we at Buildertrend take this approach a step further. We make strides to help break the glass ceiling by encouraging girls and women to follow their dreams in tech.
