Before joining Buildertrend in 2016, Taylor owned her own landscaping company alongside her sister here in Omaha. During her career, she has helped develop several programs including Online Payment Consulting, Buildertrend University, Onsite Consulting and Customer Support operations. Taylor is currently an education coordinator on the Customer Success team. She loves to teach and ensure our customers receive the best service throughout their journey, so they reach their greatest potential.
